You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age for gambling wherever you are located, whichever is higher. You are responsible for making sure that using the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. We may ask you to verify your age and identity at any time, and we may restrict access from regions where our service is not permitted.
Each person may hold one account. You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential and for all activity that takes place under your login. Tell us immediately if you suspect someone else has access. The details you provide must be accurate and kept up to date; accounts opened with false information may be suspended or closed.
You may only deposit funds that belong to you, from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits are usually credited to your wallet promptly. Withdrawals are processed to a verified method after a security check, which exists to protect your balance. We may request verification documents before releasing funds. Minimum and maximum limits may apply and are shown at the point of transaction.
A bet is confirmed once it is matched and shown in your account. Exchange bets are matched against other members; the platform takes a commission on net winnings as displayed. Markets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event. If an event is abandoned, postponed beyond a reasonable period, or a clear pricing error occurs, we may void affected bets and return stakes. Our settlement decisions are made in good faith and are final, subject to the dispute process.
We expect honest use of the platform. The following are not allowed: opening multiple accounts, colluding with other members, using automated software or bots, exploiting technical faults, or attempting to manipulate a market. Where we find such activity, we may void related bets, withhold winnings gained unfairly, and close the account involved.
You can close your account at any time by contacting support; any withdrawable balance will be returned to you after standard checks. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is linked to fraud, or is required to be closed by law. We will give notice where we reasonably can.
We work hard to keep the platform running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including connectivity problems on your side. Nothing in these terms removes any rights you have under applicable law. Betting carries risk; you play at your own discretion and are responsible for the stakes you place. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the platform means you accept the current version.
